On behalf of Eagles Landing OB/GYN we would like to congratulate you in taking the 1st step in getting quality 
medical care - for all your women's health needs, by making your upcoming appointment with us.

Here you will find the link for our new patient information for you to complete prior to your appointment. Complete the paperwork and bring along with you to your appointment, your insurance card, picture id and any medical records pertaining to your appointment.

At Eagle's Landing OB/GYN it is our goal to provide you with our full attention at every visit so that we may address all of your needs and concerns. In an effort to optimize the quality of visits for all of our patients, it is our policy that CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE NOT PERMITTED IN OUR OFFICE. However, patients returning for a postpartum visit are welcome to bring their newborn. Please remember to make arrangements for your children prior to your appointment. Patients arriving to the office with children, other than newborns, will be asked to reschedule their visit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
